Return Policy
According to the current Order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine dated July 19, 2005 No. 360 and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994 No. 172:
Medicinal products and medical devices of proper quality dispensed by pharmacies and their structural units are not subject to return.
In accordance with Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”:
If significant defects caused by the fault of the manufacturer (seller, service provider), or product falsification, are discovered within the установлен warranty period and confirmed, if necessary, by an expert examination, the consumer has the right, in the manner and within the time limits established by law and based on rules or contracts binding on the parties, at their own discretion to demand from the seller or manufacturer:
- termination of the contract and a refund of the amount paid for the goods;
- replacement of the goods with the same or an equivalent product available from the seller (manufacturer).
To return a medicinal product or medical device of inadequate quality, the customer must provide a fiscal receipt and proof that the product is defective — namely, an expert examination report.
The official authority responsible for quality control of medicinal products in Ukraine is the State Service of Ukraine on Medicines and Drugs Control.
